Instant Cash Loans

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Eddie_Tobey]Eddie Tobey Many financial institutions and companies, including banks, provide instant cash loans these days. If the loan amount is small one can get it without a mortgage. These loans are mainly unsecured loans; in such cases the risk borne by creditors is high. Hence, they often charge a higher rate of interest. A credit card is one of the most popular ways to get instant cash loans. However, it often happens that after taking out such loans, a person gets into a debt trap. Higher interest rates leads to the piling up of outstanding debts. But one can avoid this situation by choosing the right kind of cash advance company and repaying the money at the earliest. Paying loans on time also ensures that your credit rating remains high, so next time you can borrow an even larger amount. If one is not able to pay such a loan on time, the rolling fees could double the outstanding debt within a span of three to four months. So before you take an instant cash loan, find out about the rolling fees charged by your loan company. Also, one must understand the payment structure. There are certain companies which waive certain fees for persons who are taking loans for the first time. Some online research could make available the contact numbers and terms and conditions of these companies. If you are taking an instant cash loan for the first time, why not take advantage of such offers? The best way to repay an instant cash loan on time is to pay back your installment on the first day. It would be even better if you can pay back the entire amount. Some lenders may ask you to take it easy and make only partial payments, or pay back in installments. But that could mean that you are paying back a much higher amount. Try and avoid this if you can, however attractive these offers may look. Good Marketing is Like a Bad Habit

By Stuart Ayling You know those bad habits we get. Like raiding the chocolate biscuits during late night TV shows. Or slouching we when we sit. Or biting our fingernails. Before we know it weve let a new behaviour creep into our routine. Now were a slave to the bad habit. Its hard to resist. Were tempted. We get that short-lived surge of satisfaction when we do it. Well, marketing is pretty much the same. Except you can get into good marketing habits that will actually help you. And it wont hurt. Good marketing habits can make you feel really great. Think about this. * When you introduce yourself, are you in a good habit? Do you have an easy-to-understand introductory statement, or maybe a snappy 30-second intro? * When you meet people do you follow up? Are you in the habit of sending them a thank-you note for meeting with you? Or maybe you could send them a useful article (written by you or some other authority). * Do you have good sales habits? Are you in the habit of asking the right questions? Can you automatically lead prospects towards doing business with you? * Are you in the habit of regularly communicating with prospects and clients? Communication has never been easier with options like newsletters, updates and blogs being so easy to publish. Do you stay in touch? * Are you in the habit of writing informative articles, stories, case studies, or helpful hints for your clients? This helps to demonstrate your expertise and is a key element of building trust with potential clients. It also gives you great content for your marketing materials and web site. * Are your advertising and promotional activities a good habit? Do you follow a plan to avoid the feast or famine cycle? Or do you relegate promoting your service to a low priority in the rush to do the business? Good News The great news is that like bad habits, good marketing habits will also give you a surge of positive feelings. Youll get hooked on: -The adrenaline rush of new clients asking for you. -The positive relationships that seem to magically develop with new clients. -The extra confidence youll feel when people listen to what you say. -The satisfaction of getting results. -The constant knowledge that you are making progress. You can eliminate your dread of marketing. And getting into good marketing habits is easy. Just like getting into bad habits. Do it a bit at a time. But keep doing it. Slowly you will build up new behaviours. Results from your marketing efforts will improve. Youll feel more confident. Youll reinforce the good marketing habits. Go on. Make a start. Slip into a good marketing habit. Youll enjoy it! (c) 2004 Stuart Ayling Stuart Ayling runs Marketing Nous, an Australasian marketing consultancy that specialises in marketing for service businesses. You Can Do It - I Did!

By Mary-Ann Donnolo Diets DO work! I am proof. Years ago, I weighed a mere 245 lbs. Yeah, really. I was in a very safe place. I had moved to California with a man I loved and he made me feel safe and taken care of. With that, I formulated in my mind that I wanted to lose the weight now. Finally! I had been fat since I was 5 and felt that it was time. Every night before I went to bed, I would imagine myself thinner. I did not really know what a size 10 would be yet I imagined it. I also imagined myself exercising. Yes, the E word. I found a diet that worked for me and went for it. I stayed on the diet (which was monitored each week by a nurse taking your blood) for a full year. I did not deviate until the nurse asked me what else I ate. When I said nothing, she told me to have some popcorn to get my metabolism going again, which I did and it did. After about a month of being on the diet, I began to exercise for 4 minutes a day (not even 5!). I used my mini-trampoline and just jumped up and down while watching TV. After about another month, I increased it to 10 minutes. Then 15 and I added in a few minutes of arm exercises while I was doing that. I gradually increased the time until I was exercising about an hour and a half a day with 20 minutes of arm exercises thrown in for good measure (and to rid myself of the wings I had developed. In a year I reached my goal. I made reservations for a vacation with my girlfriend, bought all new clothes and off I went. The feeling I go from losing the weight was as if a weight had been lifted off my shoulders as it did. I think my unending will and determination made it happen. It also helped that I believed in what I was doing and that I would one day reach my goal. Then, as we all have had, stuff happens and I went up again. So three weeks ago, at my highest weight ever 375, I went on a diet again. This time I am on NutriSystems, which, in my opinion, has the best tasting diet food ever. (And if you join them, please mention my name! Thanks.) My intention is to get down to my 135 lbs. again so I can fit into all those great clothes and look good too. I will continue to formulate my goal in my mind every night before I sleep and continue to believe that I can do it. Before I stated the diet, I consulted with my doctor and he was all for it. (You should consult with yours. At least that way we know we have more than one person pulling for us our doctor and ourselves!) It will be a long road, yet I think each and every one of us can do it. It takes a good will, a stick-to-it attitude and the belief that it CAN be done! Good luck. ——– Mary-Ann Donnolo is the owner of an e-store called Royal Treasures (ww.royaltreasures.com). She sells homemade chocolate truffles, brownies, pecan pies and baskets. Atlanta Laser Hair Removal Options

By Dion Semeniuk Just imagine being able to go months without having to deal with hair on your legs, finally eliminating unwanted hair on your upper lip, or experiencing a reduction in the growth of hair on your back. With laser hair removal, you can. People around the world are enjoying the benefits of laser treatments, finally looking better and feeling more confident. If you live in the Atlanta area and are interested in a hair-free body, then laser hair removal may be for you. While looking for Atlanta hair laser removal options, it is important you go with a reputable and skilled doctor, not just look for the lowest price. The truth is that hair removal is not cheap. In fact, it is not even permanent. Laws require that clinics and spas use the word reduction since hair will grow back. However if the procedure is performed correctly, you would enjoy months of reduced hair growth! The most important aspect of choosing an Atlanta hair laser removal clinic is to do in-depth research before making your final decision. After all, laser hair removal is not for everyone and not all clinics are created equal. For this reason, it is always recommended that you choose three possibilities and then start the elimination process. In addition to asking many questions and requesting references, you could also check with the Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.org) to ensure that any complaints have been resolved. Choosing an Atlanta hair laser removal clinic does not have to be difficult but it is a very important decision. If you found the clinic through some sort of advertisement, possibly from a magazine or newspaper, we recommend you print off a copy and maintain it. Then in the corner, write down the date you printed the document, the time, the name of the magazine or newspaper, and so on. With this, you have a record of not just the advertisement but also everything promised. That way, you have something to stand on if you are quoted a different price, different options, etc. In addition, try to get as much information over the phone as possible with any Atlanta hair laser removal clinic, which will save you time when scheduling consultations. Have a pen and paper handy, taking notes and asking questions. Be direct about what you want to know in which you should receive direct answers. For example, ask about the doctor or technician that would perform the procedure. Does he or she have a license, how many years experience, number of procedures performed, type of laser used, and so on. With this information, you can then use the internet to conduct further research to determine if this clinic is one for consideration. The most important step when choosing an Atlanta hair laser removal clinic is the consultation. Most often, this visit with the doctor or technician is free. During this time, you would have a chance to meet face-to-face with the person that would perform the hair removal procedure. You can tell a lot in a person sitting down in person. Therefore, this consultation time is crucial. Pay attention to the professionals behavior and mannerisms. Is he or she genuinely concerned or trying to market the services offered? Do you feel comfortable with this person? Has the doctor or technician answered all your questions and provided references? Once you have gone through at least three consultations with different clinics, you can then choose. Dion Semeniuk has taken the time and research to learn what is all involved in laser hair removal. The Relationship Between Pain and Chronic or Major Depression

By Charles Donovan When I suffered from severe depression before I was rescued by vagus nerve stimulation, my whole body would ache. From head ache, down to my shoulders and arms, I was in constant physical pain. Depression takes a toll on the body. Researchers are just beginning to recognize the relationship between depression and pain. Depression often goes undiagnosed. If you have a serious medical illness, patients may not have their depression diagnosed. There’s a series of reasons for that, but one of the major reasons is that internal medicine physicians are not looking for it.They discount the depression. Sometimes the medical disorders may mask the symptoms; you have low weight, low appetite, and poor concentration due to the medical illness, so the diagnosis doesn’t occur. The key issue is that the physician does not look for the depression. It’s very hard to get the message across that a standard question in their repertoire should be: is the patient depressed? “Does the patient drink any alcohol” is fairly standard, but “is the patient depressed” is not something they look at. One of the issues is that sometimes people just don’t want to see things even if they’re there; even though it’s there, we don’t always see it. The message for our internal medicine practioners is to look out for depression; it’s there. And if you don’t spot it, you’re increasing the mortality and morbidity of your patients, so it’s very important. I have written many times that if you don’t get the right diagnosis, you won’t get the right treatment. Antidepressants are very effective for about 80% of the depressed population. However for about 20% of the depressed popluation (like me) antidepressants are not effective. Now the first ever FDA long term treatment option for depression is available: vagus nerve stimulation. You can learn more about this remarkable therapy at http://wwww.VagusNerveStimulator.com The ninety minute out patient procedure completely changed my life, when every other available therapy had failed. Charles Donovan was a study subject in the investigational trial of vagus nerve stimulation as a treatment for chronic depression. His remarkable recovery inspired him to write the book: Out of the Black Hole: The Patient’s Guide to Vagus Nerve Stimulation and Depression The book will be exhibited at the U.S. Psychiatric and Mental Health Congress from November 6-10th at the Mandalay Bay Hotel in Las Vegas and is available at Amazon.com Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Charles_Donovan http://EzineArticles.com/?The-Relationship-Between-Pain-and-Chronic-or-Major-Depression&id=88511 buy phentermine pay cod order phentermine with mastercard buy phentermine fedex sisters pharmacy phentermine

Why Repetition is So Important for Marketing Success

By Peter Geisheker In this marketing article I want to discuss one of the most important aspects of successful marketing repetition. Successful companies use marketing repetition. Unsuccessful companies do not. As a marketing consultant, I speak with many businesses and there is one huge mistake that nearly all of them make in their marketing. They wrongly think it takes only one marketing piece to get a prospect to buy. They will send out one postcard or one sales letter or one email to a list of prospects and wonder why so few people (or zero people) purchased their product or service. Or, they will place one ad in a trade publication and wonder why they received few or zero sales. The reason for their lack of success is simple. It takes repetitive marketing over time (6-12 months or more) to build trust and desire. It has been proven that most people (and businesses) have to receive a minimum of 7 marketing pieces from a company before they will even consider buying. Why is this? There are several reasons: 1. They are not interested in what you are selling today. However, that does not mean they wont be interested in what you are selling tomorrow, next month, or a year from now. A “No” today does not mean a “No” tomorrow. 2. Trust. Nearly all people need to have a feeling of trust toward a company before they will do business with them. Trust is built by receiving regular and consistent marketing messages over time. 3. Mood. The day your prospect receives your marketing piece he/she may have been in a lousy mood and threw it away or ignored it. 4. No money. The prospect wants what you are selling but cannot afford it right now. However, in 3, 6, or 12 months from now, they may have the money and they will buy. 5. Too busy to think about it right now. 6. For one reason or another, your marketing piece never reached them. When you look at all the reasons prospects have for not buying, you now see why repetitive marketing is so important. To be successful in marketing, you must keep marketing to your prospects over and over. So what is repetitive marketing? Here are a few examples: 1. Sending out a sales letter or a postcard to your list of prospects every month. 2. Having an email newsletter that goes out to your prospects every month. 3. Sending out a monthly paper newsletter to all your customers and prospects. This does not need to be a fancy 4-color 12-page newsletter. A simple 1 page black and white newsletter printed on both sides is more than sufficient. Again, the key is repetition. Send it out every month and keep the content very friendly, information-based, and personal. The more friendly and personal it is, the more marketing success you will have. 4. If you advertise in print publications such as trade journals, you need to advertise in every issue. It is much smarter and more effective to place a small ad every month rather than placing one large ad one time. 5. If you advertise on radio, it must be done month after month. As soon as prospects stop hearing your name and sales message, they forget about you. Same thing with TV - for it to be successful, it must be done continuously. Out of site is out of mind. My e-newsletter is a perfect example of marketing success caused by repetition. Many of my clients had been receiving my free marketing newsletter for upwards of a year or more before they decided to make first contact with me. What this means is that they received at least 12 marketing pieces from me before they finally decide to take action and purchase my services. If I had only contacted these prospects one time, I would have never gotten them as clients. If you want to be successful in marketing, the key is repetition. To Your Success! Trade Show Exhibit Displays

By Steve Valentino The company’s objectives, budget, and corporate branding determine the choice of a trade show exhibit display. The basic purpose of a trade show exhibit display is to attract attention, provoke the attendee to ask questions and create impressions that last. There are different display options available in the market today. Some common types of displays available in today are Pop Ups, panel displays, modular exhibits, truss systems, and custom exhibits. Pop ups are the most popular display option for 10X10 spaces. An ordinary pop-up can be converted into an outstanding display with accessories like shelving, counters, literature displays and many others. Panel displays are a sensible alternative to pop-ups. They can provide a more sophisticated look than a pop-up. Panel displays are generally stronger, and hold more weight than pop-ups. They work well when you have heavier products to display, or a number of computer monitors. Modular exhibits, on the other hand, provide a custom-built look and make use of expensive material. They too hold more weight, and can also be used to hold large LCD panels or plasma screens. They can be used for mounting lighting, projectors, and plasma screens or LCD panels. Truss systems are often used in combination with other display structures like pop-ups and panel displays. Custom exhibits are the best trade show exhibits. These create a wider impact on the audience. These displays are tailor-made to meet the specific image that a company requires. But keeping in mind the high costs of designing, construction, installation and dismantling (I&D), and shipping, these exhibits are suitable for companies having a higher-end budget like $40,000 or more. The dividends in a custom exhibit can be huge, since they instantly set you in a class way above your competitors. Choosing the right tradeshow displays gives businesses an effective tool for communication. Soil Test: A Crucial Step Towards A Greener Lawn

By Jack Greenwood The chemistry of your soil has a direct and huge impact on how your lawn grass will grow. Before you start any maintenance on your lawn, do a soil test first. The result of soil testing will determine how much you need to water your lawn as well as give you an idea what nutrients are required for your lawn. The first thing you want to know from testing your soil is to find the pH balance of your soil. There are several test kits that are available for your use to determine the level of pH that your soil. If you are uncertain about using one of these kits, there are universities and companies which offer pH balance testing for your soil. By knowing the pH, you can determine how much nutrients will be needed in order to balance out the soil. If the pH is off, it will be harder for the right nutrients to be given to your grass. By balancing out the nutrients through the pH, it will help with the growth of your lawn. The second thing you want to know from the soil test is the type of soil you have. There are three basic types of soil with a lot of variation in between. The first type is sandy soil. This type of soil is usually airy and light but more difficult to maintain. The main reason is that sandy soil is unable to carry a large amount of water or nutrients due to its grainy nature. If you have sandy soil, frequent watering with a lot of nutrients is required. The second type of soil is clay soil. This type of soil has a thick texture and is able to absorb water and nutrients better than sandy soil. However, due to its thick texture, it is more difficult for the water and nutrients to reach the grass roots. The third type of soil is loamy soil and is noted to be a balanced type of soil. It is able to hold water and nutrients as well as drains properly. This is actually the preferred type of soil for many people who want to build a lawn. Here is a quick way to determine the type of soil you have. Scoop up a handful of soil from your lawn. If the soil clumps together, it is likely to be clay soil. If it falls out of your hand easily, it is likely to be sandy soil. If it is loamy soil, you will find that the soil stays is in your hand but does not clump together. If you have the budget, it is still advisable to send some soil samples to a soil test lab for a more accurate testing By testing the lawn soil for both the pH balance as well as the type of soil, you will be able to know how to maintain your lawn with little to no extra work. You will be able to determine how often to water your lawn as well as finding the right type of nutrients for your lawn. This ensures that your lawn will continue to grow healthily throughout the year. Fall Planting - The Key to a Successful Spring Garden

By Jonathan Johnson So, you worked hard all week, changed the oil in the SUV, took the kids to practice and dance, and went to the Friday night football game. Now the weekend is here and you still have a list, albeit a more leisurely one, of things to do. Well, double-check it and make sure that adding new plants to your garden is right up top. I know what you are thinking I planted everything back in the spring and Im done until next year. Thats what most people do, but an avid gardener like you should realize all of the benefits of planting in the fall. Let me explain: First, and most importantly, is the mild weather. We love this time of year - not too hot, not too cold. And guess what, your plants love it too, and for the very same reason! If you take the time to plant hardy perennials during these pleasant temperatures they can focus all of their energy on root growth. Dont be surprised when you dont see much happening to the plant. The real work is going on underground. Down there the plant is busy developing feeder roots. Those are the roots that will be ready to bring water and nutrients up to the top of the plant in the spring and give your garden a big head start over the neighbors garden. Make sure you give your new additions a chance to get good and cozy before winter comes. You should allow six to eight weeks for trees and shrubs, and four to six weeks for perennials and ornamental grasses. A good rule of thumb is to plant by the end of August in the North and by the end of November in the South. The second important factor to remember about fall planting concerns watering. The cooler daytime temperatures and mild nights will reduce the amount of water your garden needs. This will be a blessing to your checkbook after trying to keep the grass green all summer. Immediately after planting, give the plant a good long drink. Add enough water so that it soaks all the way down below the depth of the plant. Then, keep an eye on it and water as needed to prevent the soil from completely drying out. Always be sure to plant in a well-drained area. Over watering or lack of drainage can cause as many problems as under watering. The third benefit involves fertilizing. You dont have to do it until spring! How easy is that? Fertilizing this late in the year could stimulate a flush of tender growth that may not have time to harden off before cold temperatures arrive and could be subjected to winter damage. Stop fertilizing all of your plants by September 1. This allows the plants plenty of time to comfortably harden off and enter a dormant state for winter. And the fourth benefit is cost. Most garden centers and nurseries will have many plants for sale at discounted prices this time of year. Be sure to look over the plants carefully for signs of pest or disease damage, and dont buy anything that looks unhealthy or improperly cared for. While youre there, buy some mulch to put around the plant. The mulch will help maintain even soil temperatures and resist root heaving that occurs after repetitive freezing and thawing of the ground. So, now that you know that fall planting is easy and inexpensive, postpone chopping wood until next week and plant some flowers instead. Youll feel better and your yard will look great!
